Focus isn’t about heroically resisting the internet, nor about squeezing productivity from every minute of the day. It’s about giving something the dignity of your presence. Watching a sunset without checking your phone, listening to a friend without planning your next sentence, writing a paragraph without worrying if it will trend: these are small acts, but they change the way you experience life.
